Our Story

Jarred and Gill both worked for 10 years helping scale one of the first EV charging companies in the UK from start-up to IPO. They started Wadi to help smaller businesses reduce their energy bills.

Using their network of experts and suppliers, they set out to make it really simple for companies to see how they could save energy, and then access the right products and suppliers.

By saving energy, small businesses will save both cost and carbon, helping them become more resilient and driving future growth.

Why Wadi

A Wadi is an Arabic name for a dry riverbed that fills during the rainy season. The water is critical for nomadic tribes, so the Wadi becomes a gathering place for people to share resources.

Inspired by this, we are creating a place where a community of experts come together with smaller companies to share their expertise.
